Hi everybody! How are you doing? What is the weather like where you are?

I’m back again for another blog. I finally finished work for the Summer, I can’t believe how quickly this first week has gone for me! I’ve not exactly been busy per se, however I’ve been busy in my standards!

For the majority of this week, I have just rested. I did a bit of shopping and I’ve been back at the gym. I don’t go because of the aesthetic, I go to help my mental health.

I had a couple of low days this week, I would say it is more because I needed this break! It’s funny how your body just knows when a break is coming, the various aches and pains came and I had to force myself out of bed when it was the final week of the school term!

Working with children is exhausting, super rewarding of course but lets not take away that it is hard work! Not just physically but emotionally and mentally.

Over the Summer I have quite a few things in the pipeline. Next week I’ll be heading to a Christian Camp for Young Adults, I am massively looking forward to that! I can’t wait to get some input after I’ve given out so much these past couple years.

It is also my sisters bridal shower (finally) it feels like it has been a long time coming! I’m also hoping to visit a few friends from my gap year, it may not happen but we’ll see.

As I write this it is currently awful weather, it has been raining for weeks and it feels more like Autumn (fall for my American readers) I have a hot chocolate, a candle burning away and a hot water bottle… I’m cosily tucked under my weighted blanket, which I highly recommend you invest in one!

The chill songs are on and I am struggling to fight the urge to put a Christmas song on… I know it is July okay, I’m not going to do it. I haven’t really got a plan for tonight, I might watch a film or listen to an audio book.

I might have a bubble bath (the post gym aches are bad) before I go to bed I’ll probably do a bit of reading of my Bible. It’s nice knowing I can relax for awhile, I’ll probably get bored the more I have no work…
