Well hello lovely readers! How are you doing today? Let me know in the comments! Once again I am quite shocked on how this blog is growing! Thankyou so much everyone! I’m glad you enjoy these ramblings (I mean I hope you do).

As you can see from the title, this is going to be a bit of a run down of the Christmas season, or well what it looks like to me. Last Tuesday was a meal for the parents of the Stay & Play group (if you don’t know what that is you might want to go to the blog that is all about Riverside) it was a really nice evening! We had lots of curry and mulled wine, even some brownies!

I feel like I have already eaten SO much this past week, and its not even Christmas day! On Thursday the people in the academy/our sort of bosses (mine however were unable to come) had a nice little games night, they also had curry but I chose not to have a second curry, since that would be two in less than two days…

We played a few games and it was super chilled. The Friday before last I co-hosted the annual Christmas quiz, it was rather stressful that day! Which brings me to today, there is three Christmas services today. I did the first two and the open lunch but the third service is about to start, but here I am, in my room, writing this instead! I’m so tired its a bit ridiculous.

On Wednesday evening I have the kids small group Christmas party I believe? Which rounds nicely off to Friday, we are having a silent disco with the youth group which should be very entertaining! I finish for Christmas on Saturday! Whoop, whoop! I’m super excited to go back home and see my Church family back home as well as family and friends!

I’m really looking forward to my own bed and being home. Not a temporary home but my actual home. Does that make sense? Most of my break is just going to be me sleeping a lot and seeing a couple friends, but mainly sleep! I’m not quite at exhausted but I am certainly in need of a break! As soon as I’m back it will be the kids weekend away, which is going to be pretty intense, especially as an introvert!

How are you guys celebrating? Do you celebrate Christmas? What family traditions do you have? Let me know! Stay safe!
