Whoa! Two blog posts in one week? In the space of less than a day? Who even am I?

Hello everyone! Yesterdays blog I mentioned all the festivities that where due for this week, unfortunately, due to the new government guidelines there is a high possibility that they won’t be happening anymore.

It’s crazy how just yesterday I was eating a meal with people from church to then waking up and being told there is no Stay & Play, both today and tomorrow. Even my leadership and decipleship sessions have been cancelled which is very frustrating, considering there was only two more sessions left till the end of term. Tomorrow myself and the academy students where going to dress as each other as a way to end the term off.

I guess I have finished my first term at Riverside? It’s weird knowing that, it reminds me of when I did my last exam. I was on the bus home when I realised, I was completely done. I had finished school. I know that this year is extremely different to my last year of high school, but it does feel the same.

I don’t really know what to do with myself? I mean I could go home early but it all feels way to abrupt to do that! The other academy girls are currently touring their christmas show, its not like I can just tag along to that either. I’m going to think that this is just a usual end of term. I might take myself out over the next couple days, maybe go for a few walks or a couple cafe stops?

Yesterday I did start packing to head home though, I know I still have a fair few days till I can go home, unless I get told I can just head back. Bit of a weird one today! Hope you guys don’t mind! Stay safe everyone!
