Happy New Year! This is going to be a short one.
So, its a brand new year. I have no idea of what I am doing, I have no plans or a plan of action. What I do have though, is resolutions… I doubt these will last long but I guess it is a start?
1. Manage my time better.
What I mean by this is to get some sort of routine going, I need to have an equal amount of Jesus time, friend time, family time, me time. Obviously I need job time to which brings me to number 2…
2. Get a job.
Do I really need to explain this one?
3. Regular therapy.
It is super important to take care of your mental health, please speak to people and take action. I want to move past issues I have and heal from things, I’m finally at a point where I can confidently process and work through things.
4. Regularly going the gym.
Yes, I know, we all have this one and it almost always never continues past the first week. I am doing this to help with my mental health, I am determined to make progress and get better! Alongside this I want to eat healthier…
5. Eat healthy.
Again I know. I don’t eat unhealthly but I do forget to eat and frankly struggle to do three meals a day (fancy drinks do not count as meals people). This is also to help me mentally.
6. Look after myself.
These steps I am taking is to better myself. Nobody is making me do this, I am not doing this for anyone other than myself. As I do this I am also going to treat myself with new things, I always struggle buying myself things but this year, I am going to treat myself.
Obviously I will not be spending lots of money on clothes, shoes or things like that, but I will be making myself replace a few pieces of clothes…
